We are looking for people with a responsible attitude, natural discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information. Investigation work is not only about observation or collecting material; it often depends on correctly assessing the situation, staying calm and respecting the limits of the assignment.
A suitable applicant should be independent, patient, precise in details and prepared to work even when results do not come immediately. Reliable conduct, good communication and the ability to separate personal opinion from relevant facts are important.
What matters
Reliability, accuracy, the ability to learn new procedures and respect for the legal boundaries of private investigation work are essential in this cooperation. The applicant must understand that working with personal data, people's movements or sensitive information requires restraint and strict confidentiality.
Experience from security, legal, administrative or analytical environments may be an advantage, but it is not the only criterion. We also consider maturity, ability to follow instructions and willingness to work professionally in emotionally demanding cases.
How selection works
Applicants are assessed individually. We are interested in motivation, communication style, analytical thinking and readiness to work discreetly. In the first step, send a short introduction, basic experience, region and possible scope of cooperation.
Suitable candidates may be invited for an interview or a practical task. During selection, we mainly assess judgment, reliability, ability to see context and willingness to follow internal rules of member investigation agencies of our Association.
